E-Commerce Standard Terms and Conditions

Article 1 (Purpose) The purpose of these terms and conditions is to stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of cybermalls and users in using Internet-related services provided by SONGZIO Songzio Cyber Mall (hereinafter referred to as "mall") operated by Songzio International Co., Ltd.

※This terms and conditions apply mutatis mutandis to e-commerce using PC communication, wireless, etc. unless they are contrary to their nature.
Article 2(Definition)

" "mall" refers to a virtual business establishment established by Song Ji-oh International Co., Ltd. to provide goods or services (hereinafter referred to as "goods, etc.") to users, and also means a business operator of a cyber mall.
" The term "user" means members and non-members who access "mall" and receive services provided by "mall" in accordance with these terms and conditions.
' The term "member" refers to a person who has registered as a member of the "mall" and can continuously use the services provided by the "mall".
' The term "non-member" refers to a person who uses the services provided by the "mall" without joining a member.

Article 3 (Explanation and Description and Amendment of Terms and Conditions)

" "Mall" facilitates the posting of these terms, trade name and representative name, business address, e-mail address, business registration number, telecommunication report number, personal information (ZIO) on all S-screen. However, the contents of the terms and conditions can be viewed by the user through the connection screen.
"Before the user agrees to the terms and conditions, the mall should seek user confirmation by providing a separate connection screen or pop-up screen so that users can understand important contents such as subscription withdrawal, delivery responsibility, and refund conditions.
" "Mall" may be amended to the extent that it does not violate related laws such as the Consumer Protection Act in E-Commerce, the Regulation of Terms, the Framework Act on Electronic Documents and Electronic Transactions, the Electronic Signatures Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Information Protection, etc.
" If "Mall" revises the terms and conditions, it shall be announced on the initial screen of the mall along with the current terms and conditions from 7 days before the application date to the day before the application date. However, if the terms and conditions are changed against the user, it will be notified with a grace period of at least 30 days in advance. In this case, the "mall" clearly compares the contents before and after the revision and displays them for users to understand.
If "Mall" amends the terms and conditions, the revised terms and conditions apply only to contracts concluded after the application date, and the previous terms and conditions apply to contracts already concluded before that date. However, if a user who has already signed a contract sends a message to "mall" within the notice period of the revised terms and conditions under paragraph 3 and receives the consent of "mall", the revised terms and conditions shall apply.
The Consumer Protection Act, the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, etc. Act, the Fair Trade Commission's consumer protection guidelines, and related laws or regulations shall apply to matters not prescribed in these terms and conditions.

Article 4 (Providing and Modifying Services)

" "Mall" performs the following tasks.

1. Provision of information on goods or services and conclusion of a purchase contract
2. Delivery of goods or services under a purchase contract.
3. Other tasks prescribed by "mall" may be changed by a contract to be provided in the future. In this case, the contents of the changed goods or services and the date of delivery shall be specified, and the contents of the current goods or services shall be immediately notified to the place where they are posted.
" If the contents of the service contracted with the user to be provided by the "Mall" are changed due to a shortage of goods, etc. or a change in technical specifications, the reason shall be immediately notified to the user.
전 In the case of the preceding paragraph, "mall" compensates the user for damages caused by this. However, this is not the case if the "mall" proves that there is no intention or negligence.

Article 5 (Service Suspension)

" "Mall" may temporarily suspend the provision of services in the event of a repair inspection, replacement, failure, or loss of communication of information and communication facilities such as computers.
" "Mall" shall compensate the user or a third party for damages caused by the temporary suspension of the provision of services due to the reasons referred to in paragraph (1). However, this is not the case if the "mall" proves that there is no intention or negligence.
사업 If the service cannot be provided due to the conversion of business items, abandonment of business, or integration between companies, "Mall" shall notify the user in the manner prescribed in Article 8 and compensate the consumer according to the conditions originally suggested in "Mall". However, if the "mall" does not notify the compensation standard, etc., the mileage or reserves of the users shall be paid to the user in kind or cash corresponding to the currency value used in the "mall".

Article 6 (member registration)

이용 The user applies for membership by expressing his/her consent to these terms and conditions after filling out the membership information according to the registration form set by "Mall".
" "Mall" shall be registered as a member unless it falls under any of the following subparagraphs among users who have applied for membership as shown in paragraph (1).
1. Where an applicant has previously lost his/her membership pursuant to Article 7 (3) of this Agreement, except where he/she has obtained consent to re-enrollment of "Mall" three years after losing his/her membership under Article 7 (3).
2. If there is a false entry, omission of entry, or error in the registration,
3. If it is deemed that registration as a member is significantly hindered by the technology of "Mall", the establishment of the membership contract is the time when "Mall" has reached the member.
회원 If there is a change in the registered matters at the time of membership registration, the member shall notify the "mall" of the change by revising the member information within a considerable period of time.

Article 7 (Membership withdrawal and loss of qualification, etc.)

회원 Members may request withdrawal from "Mall" at any time, and "Mall" immediately handles the withdrawal of members.
회원 If a member falls under any of the following reasons, "mall" may restrict or suspend his/her membership.
1. If false information is registered at the time of application for membership 2. If the payment of goods, etc. purchased using "mall" or other debts borne by the member are not paid on the due date 3. If the e-commerce order is threatened, such as stealing the information, or if the law is prohibited or suspended within 30 days.
" If "Mall" loses its membership, the membership registration will be canceled. In this case, the member shall be notified of this and given an opportunity to explain for at least 30 days before the membership registration is canceled.


Article 8 (Notification to Members)

" If "mall" notifies a member, the member may make an e-mail address designated by agreement with "mall" in advance.
" "Mall" may be substituted for individual notifications by posting them on the "Mall" bulletin board for at least one week in case of notifications to a large number of unspecified members. However, individual notifications are made for matters that have a significant impact on the transaction of the member himself.

Article 9 (Application for Purchase and Consent to Provide Personal Information, etc.)

" A user of "Mall" shall apply for purchase on "Mall", and "Mall" shall provide each of the following information in an easy-to-understand manner when the user applies for purchase.
1. Search and select goods, etc.
2. Enter the recipient's name, address, phone number, e-mail address (or mobile phone number), etc.
3. Confirmation of the terms and conditions, services with restricted withdrawal rights, delivery and installation costs.
4. Confirmation or rejection of the above 3. " If the "mall" entrusts the work to a third party to handle the buyer's personal information, 1) the person who is entrusted with the handling of personal information, and 2) the details of the work to be entrusted with the handling of personal information must be informed to the buyer and agreed. (The same shall apply if the consent is changed.) However, if necessary for the implementation of a contract on service provision and related to the promotion of convenience of buyers, it is not necessary to go through the notification process and consent process by notifying it through the Personal Information Handling Policy.
